1. What this is

Content Publisher ("the app") is a personal tool operated by its owner to publish the owner's own original videos and photo carousels to the owner's own social media accounts, including TikTok. It is not a public service, and no one other than the owner can use it.

2. Use of platform services

The app uses official platform APIs, such as the TikTok Content Posting API, only with the account owner's explicit authorization. All content published through the app must comply with the terms and community guidelines of the platform it is published to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Content

All content published through the app is created by or licensed to the owner. The owner is responsible for that content. Third-party media (such as royalty-free photos or music) is used under its respective license and credited where the license requires it.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The owner may change or discontinue it at any time.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest version.
